Do you require a minimum order?
While bulk discounts begin at 10 items, we are happy to print single orders. Whether you represent a large organization or an individual, we are here to help you.
Can I submit my own image?
Currently, we offer curated, professional templates designed for easy customization and consistency. While we only support our templates now, custom uploads may be a future option.
Will I see a proof before printing?
What you see in the live preview is exactly what we print. We do not send separate email proofs, so please verify all text and dates before you submit your final custom order.
What text can I customize?

Is local pickup an option?
Based in Birmingham, Alabama, we ship nationwide. If local pickup is available for your specific order, you will see that option listed during the checkout process.
Shipping Policy
We appreciate you choosing The Print Werks. Every item is printed to order for your specific event or business. Production starts immediately once your payment is successfully processed and all personalization details are confirmed by our team.
Turnaround and Delivery
Standard production takes 3–5 business days, though large orders or holidays may require extra time. Once printed, items are shipped via your chosen carrier; arrival times depend on your location and service.
Refunds and Returns
Since every product at The Print Werks is custom-made for you, our return policy differs from standard retail shops. We encourage all customers to verify their order details thoroughly before finalizing a purchase.
Inaccurate or Damaged Items
If we make an error—such as a manufacturing flaw or shipping the wrong design—we will correct it immediately. Please report any issues within 7 days of arrival and include photos of the items.
