What types of shirts do you offer?
We currently offer premium cotton t-shirts in four colors: Black, White, Light Gray, and Sand. Our launch collection focuses on clean, modern front-print designs for churches, businesses, family reunions, memorial events, and community groups.
What is the minimum for bulk orders?
Bulk pricing starts at just 10 shirts but we will print as few as one. Whether you're a small business or a growing church, we’re here to help you scale.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Not at launch. We are currently focused on providing professionally designed templates that can be customized quickly and consistently. Custom artwork services may be added in the future.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
In most cases, no. The information you enter is printed exactly as submitted. Please review spelling, dates, and names carefully before placing your order. If an order requires clarification, we may contact you before production begins.
Can I customize the designs?

Do you offer local pickup?
When available, local pickup options will be displayed during checkout. The Print Werks operates from Birmingham, Alabama and serves customers nationwide.
Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing The Print Werks. Every order is produced specifically for your group, event, organization, or business. Because our products are custom-made, production begins after payment has been received and order information has been verified.
Production & Shipping Time
Most orders are produced within 3–5 Business Days. Production time may vary during holidays or for large orders. Shipping begins after production is complete; delivery times vary based on carrier service and destination.
Refund & Return Policy
At The Print Werks, every order is custom-made specifically for the customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please carefully review all information before checkout.
Production Errors and Damages
If we make a mistake during production (wrong design, incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect), we will make it right. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the items.
